FieldDrop is documentation for vendors and drivers, not legal advice, not dispatch, not EPA filing.
Data we use
We do not track people; we track jobs. FieldDrop logs what the platform needs to produce a defensible receipt and to improve the product: job lane, photo uploads, timestamps, optional coarse location when enabled in settings, wallet debits, and how the app is used (errors, feature use).
We do not sell personal profiles, build ad audiences from drivers, or monitor off-the-clock behavior. Operator accounts exist to run the wallet and send proof, not to score individuals.
Customer proof links and PDFs are generated from job data the operator chooses to send. Recipients get only what the operator includes in that send.
Payments
Stripe processes wallet deposits and per-stop debits. FieldDrop does not store full card numbers.
Retention
Job media and receipts are kept for dispute support and product improvement per your plan and settings. Request deletion of operator-held jobs through support when law and contracts allow.
